It’s been over a year since I heard some of the guys at Knocksville rave about AraabMUZIK‘s sleight of hand on the MPC. I had a chance to finally witness the MPC legend myself.
Head nods, fist pumps, and a gang of AYES! filled the air through the night.
Here’s a quick recap of our night out with my boys Ben, BYoon, and Jamie Nod.
Shoutouts to my bro Jesse Cale, incredibly talented musician and one of the few cats I know who can really rock out on the talkbox. He’s going to Thailand soon so I had him drop by for some tanks and other summer gear…
Also made sure to lace him up with some beanies including the West Coast Red/Black one he’s rocking above. I’m assuming he won’t be wearing the beanie in Thailand though… In order to rock a beanie with a tank top and sandals you have to be willing to walk that fine line between hipster/douchebag– the delineating factor being whether or not the beanie has a pom-pom ball on top and if the sandals are thong vs. slip on style. Do you have a lookalike? A famous one for that matter? I always thought Grady was the spitting image of someone but not until Johnny Cupcakes explicitly pointed it out did it click.. this guy is the Korean Joseph Gordon Levitt AKA CHOseph Gordon Levitt!
In typical KS fashion we roasted the hell out of Grady with the above meme for an obnoxiously prolonged period of time. In his defense he tried to come back at me saying I look like a hybrid mixture of Luigi, Sacha Baron Cohen, and David Blaine..
